Atomic Drugstore, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the product portfolio and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region.
