  • As a Business Development/Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UAE market.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in business development, with extensive local experience in the UAE working with a Home Care company.
  • You will be responsible for building and leveraging a wide network within hospitals, clinics, and hotels to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and hotels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
  • Conduct market research to help you stay informed and reaching new clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Proven experience as a Home Care Business Development/Sales Executive in the UAE.
  • A wide network within the healthcare and/ or hospitality sectors is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (when necessary).
