Biri Group is a Building Material supplier company, we focus on the production and manufacturing of road safety products, building materials, hoses. We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet sales goals that is set-in place by the company.
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers. Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain a professional company image at all times
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
  • Build strong and successful relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Follow up with customers after meetings.
  • Sending reminders to the visited customers
  • To prepare the purchase plan to the potential customers, analyzing the needs of the objects
  • Responding to the e-mails of customers, sending the quotations, preparing the invoices.
  • Organizing and attending the exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs ·
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media ·
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
  • Manage all exhibitions, events, sponsorships, preparations & executions with the assigned agencies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years experience in Sales/ Sales coordination preferred in a similar industry. Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.

License/Certification:
