We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and track sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales .
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
