We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and track sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales .
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
