Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the electrical fittings market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role involves developing new business relationships, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide clients with detailed product information and technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical fittings or related industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical fittings and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally Software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
