Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients in commercial and residential sectors in Dubai.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present elevator and escalator service offerings to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Dubai market.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in Dubai.
• Track sales activities and report on performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in elevator/escalator services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Dubai.
