This role entails leading and overseeing a team of sales professionals to attain the company’s sales objectives. • Role Responsibilities:
• Attain sales targets and foster the team’s success under your management.
• Execute a strategic business blueprint to expand the customer base and fortify the company's market presence.
• Forge enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely.
• Present comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and well-founded forecasts to the management.
• Formulate innovative, customized sales approaches.
• Analyze market trends, customer inclinations, and the competitive panorama to uncover prospects and challenges.
• Conduct research on competitors' offerings, pricing, and marketing tactics to drive informed decision-making.
• Provide adept leadership by defining clear objectives, assigning tasks, and cultivating a cohesive team ambiance.
• Track team performance and productivity, providing direction and assistance to ensure targets are not just met, but exceeded.
• Lead by example, showcasing robust ethics, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the company's ethos.
• Qualifications and Work Experience:
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales or a related domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, strategic insight, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage sector, market trends, and competitors.
• Essential Requirements:
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
