We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company located in Dubai Production City.

We are currently seeking proactive, dynamic candidates to join our expanding team as Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Proven 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Advertising, Exhibition, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is MANDATORY.
• A valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership skills to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
• Should have a high level of attentiveness to every detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Manage key client accounts, maintain long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Consistently follow up with leads through email, phone calls, and in-person visits, ensuring ongoing engagement and fostering client relationships.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all sales activities.
• Proactively engage in field activities, including generating new leads, delivering sales pitches, attending client meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities outside of the office environment and identifying new business prospects.
• Effectively communicate with clients to comprehensively understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
