Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance using KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Property Portfolio Management: Oversee the marketing and listing of properties to attract prospective clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and admin, to ensure seamless operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including key locations and luxury properties.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
• RERA certification is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
