Roles & Responsibility: -
· Grow retail sales and revenue for all Loans & credit card products.
· Accountable for new client acquisition.
· Manage team and ensure achievement of overall targets through support and effective management as required.
· Cross-selling products of the bank.
· Execute marketing programs flawlessly and coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs and initiatives.
· Indirect sales channel working closely with the leading banks in the UAE to bring the best financial solutions to our clients.
· Maintain close contact with clients to understand their banking needs, developments in state/modalities of their business and capitalize on prospects of business growth.
· Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segment, stimulate strong hook for their card usage and increase active ratio.
· Manage the reward programs and reward costs to balance and control profitability.
· Lead and coach subordinates to deliver business results and execution excellence.
Required Knowledge & Skills: -
· Relevant Experience Minimum 2-3 years in the same field.
· Undertake portfolio planning and client monitoring/contact.
· Direct and Indirect Sales Support to our clients.
· Standard technical knowledge acquired from vast experience in different sections plus ability to deal with all levels of staff.
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
· Ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of running a business.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
· Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations with managerial style.
· Strong analytical and selling skills.
