Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To generate and maximise the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify potential leads through market research and networking.
- Engage in effective lead generation activities to expand the client base.
- Utilize strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into successful business deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Onboard new clients seamlessly and ensure a smooth transition.
- Nurture existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retention.
Sales Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate sales activities efficiently, ensuring timely submission of quotations and proposals.
- Oversee the reconciliation of customer information and ensure that sales details are accurately updated in the FRESA system.
- Generate and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Product Knowledge and Development:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of their product offerings.
- Effectively sell various products to clients based on their needs.
- Advance knowledge by learning new products and undergoing relevant training in shipping/logistics-related courses.
Internal Collaboration:
- Participate in weekly sales meetings with the Sales Accountability Partner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments for seamless operations and enhanced client service.
Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.

Experience: 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
Experience:
- Freight Fowarding UAE Sales: 4 years (Required)
- FRESA: 2 years (Preferred)
