Magnus Technologies LLC (www.magnus-me.com) is in the domain of providing state of the art solutions related to electronic security and IoT solutions to its clients. In operation since last 10 years it has a broad list of national and multinational clients all across UAE.
Responsibilities and Duties
About this job -The Marketing and Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing team while learning valuable skills related to sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Admin Operations & Project procurement
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Preparing POs, Quotations, Invoice and DOs
- Assist with designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Contacting prospects and assist in setting up meetings / presentations for sales team.
- Maintain and update business contact information via the customer relationship management (“CRM”) system.
- Develop and edit collateral, including sales proposals, website postings, email, newsletters, and press releases
- Assist with lead generation
- Support the development of new and innovative marketing collateral
- Conduct market research, as needed.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed
Job type : Full Time, Office based. Monday to Saturday. Candidate should be available to join immediately.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Deep Interest in latest technology.
- IT/ Engineering qualification is desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Social media savvy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated, deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and upgrade your knowledge.
This is a temporary position for 2 months. If candidate meets the expectations, he/she could be offered a permanant position.
