Job Description:

Position Overview: The Chinese-Speaking Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies and improve the quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, fluency in Chinese, and knowledge of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address client inquiries and feedback.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of marketing experience in UAE.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Willingness’ to travel whenever required
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
