Key Responsibilities:
01.Customer Service:
1.1.Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
1.2 Provide a high level of customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences.
1.3 Offer expert advice on various fragrances, helping customers make informed decisions.
02.Product Knowledge:
2.1.Stay up-to-date with the latest perfume trends and product knowledge.
2.2.Educate customers about different perfume brands, scents, and ingredients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's inventory and product offerings.
03.Sales and Revenue Generation:
3.1.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
3.2.Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
04.Visual Merchandising:
4.1.Ensure the store displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
4.2.Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
05.Customer Engagement:
5.1.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
5.2.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
5.3.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
06.Operational Duties:
6.1.Assist in opening and closing the store as needed.
6.2.Help maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
6.3.Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2.2 years’ experience in a perfume industry must.
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4.Knowledge of various perfume brands, scents, and ingredients is highly desirable.
5.Excellent customer service and sales skills.
6.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
