Job Title: Sales Person for IT Services

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Person to join our team, focusing on IT Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in IT services, and be driven to help clients achieve their business goals through our offerings. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the technology needs of villas and apartments and a strong network within the architecture, construction, and interior design industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services in the villa and apartment sector, focusing on new constructions, renovations, and existing properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, construction companies, and interior design firms to promote our services.
- Understand client needs and forward it to concerned team to propose tailored solutions for Wi-Fi, CCTV, intercom, telephony systems, VPN, home automation, gaming room setups, and other IT services.
- Manage and send LinkedIn and Instagram messages for lead generation and client engagement.
- Connect with the concerned personnel handling IT decisions, such as Owners, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, IT Directors, or IT Managers.
- Set appointments for interested clients and coordinate with our team for follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Candidates should have their own VISA and Laptop.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of AED 4000 per month, plus 1% annual sales commission based on sales performance.
- Company will provide SIM Card.
- After the initial 3-month probation we will offer Employment VISA and Medical Insurance.
