We're looking for an experienced Sales & Procurement Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience for our Dubai Office, who is currently residing in UAE & can join immediately.
Good communication & interpersonal skills are a must. Candidate should possess sound knowledge in trading of engineering goods.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling requests for RFQs from Clients and responding with respective Quotes appropriately.
- Send the enquiries to supplier to get the lowest quote.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Preparing the LPO's and coordinating the procurement process.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- A strong communication with Client & Vendors.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Liason between Management , Client & sub contracts.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Ensure the deliveries are done on time
Qualifications and Skills
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English must.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible to work on the US timings.
