At least 5 years of successful sales experience with demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals;
Strong understanding of construction industry, including key players, trends, and challenges in the region markets especially in KSA & UAE markets;
Leadership skills;
Legal knowledge: Understanding of legal frameworks related to contracts in the construction industry, as well as experience in negotiating contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals;
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, with focus on building long-term partnership with the stakeholders;
Preferably an education in civil engineering, sales field
