Sales Representative Position:

Origenes Trading, a dynamic startup specializing in import and export, is in search of an enthusiastic and highly motivated Field Sales Representative with a valid UAE driving license to augment our sales team. The ideal candidate will take the reins in proactively engaging potential clients, nurturing connections, and propelling sales growth. This role entails substantial fieldwork and a proactive stance in identifying novel business prospects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through door-to-door visits, cold calls, and participation in networking events.
  • Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with existing clients, comprehending their requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services adeptly to potential clientele.
  • Surpass individual sales targets while contributing to the collective team sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Participate in industry functions, trade fairs, and exhibitions to amplify the reach of our offerings and enlarge the client base.
  • Construct and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date grasp of product knowledge, pricing, and pertinent updates for confident customer interactions.
  • Negotiate and conclude agreements with potential customers, adhering to established pricing and conditions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
  • Coordinate with the marketing unit to synchronize sales endeavors with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations for potential clients, spotlighting their features and advantages.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of sales or related field experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Completion of high school or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal aptitude.
  • Robust negotiation and persuasion capabilities, driven by a results-oriented outlook.
  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
