Looking for a motivated salesperson who has experience in a foodstuff company for immediate hiring.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in food to apply and speaks Arabic and English language.
Prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, social media outreach, etc. Creating and nurturing a sales pipeline is key.
Understanding client needs through questioning and active listening. Determining how the company's products/services can meet those needs.
Making sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients. Tailoring the pitch to each client's specific needs and challenges.
Negotiating with clients regarding pricing, contracts, special discounts/promotions, etc. Working to get ideal terms for both the client and the company.
Closing sales and working to meet or exceed established sales quotas and targets. Tracking all sales activities in the CRM system.
Managing existing client accounts by checking in regularly, solving problems that arise, proposing add-on solutions, and maintaining a positive ongoing relationship.
Preparing sales reports to update management on sales activities, wins, losses, emerging opportunities/threats, and strategy recommendations. Identifying improvement areas.
Coordinating with other internal teams as needed throughout the sales process, such as finance, production, marketing etc.
Attending industry events, trade shows and exhibitions to connect with prospects and promote the company's brand.
Continuously expanding industry/product knowledge and honing sales techniques through training and coaching.
