Sales Representative - Showroom

CANDIDATE MUST BE ARABIC NATIONALITY - MALE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash or other credit and debit cards.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Stay up to date with new products.

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Must have experience in flower and chocolate arrangement
• Must have work experience in Confectionery Showroom
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Strong understanding of customer service
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
