Skills & Competencies:
Customer service and sales experience
Proficient in PC applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong command of English, both verbal and written
Operations experience in the cleaning or facility management industry
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Manage inquiries from potential and existing clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Input complete client information into the system.
Ensure all confirmed jobs are accurately encoded in the system to prevent revenue loss.
Client Retention:
Ensure all jobs are completed to client satisfaction by verifying work daily.
Prepare contracts for clients.
Handle customer complaints for assigned clients, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
Manpower Utilization:
Assign crew to confirmed jobs in the system.
Create daily schedules for the crew.
Provide reports on crew availability.
Reporting:
Generate daily sales and booking log reports.
Offer feedback on market prices and conditions proactively.
Provide recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
