Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts and guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers.
Manage Sea import, export & cross-trades, prepare and follow up quotations, identify and build ‘Suspect Lists’ for campaigns.
Liaise/co-ordinate with sales team, partners/agents, customers, and other service providers and update all live data in CRM as appropriate.
Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports and statistical figures on bookings, volumes, and revenue as well as customer ranking.
Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
Support Customer Sales through service, education, and effective problem solving.
Making cold calling to new and existing customer to promote the company services and secure appointments and pass leads to the Salesperson to have customer visit.
Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
