with Engineering Consultant or Construction Work Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinating schedules of meeting for AREC, Client and Contractor.
· Monitoring all Engineers on site.
· Assisting and providing Engineers needed on site.
· Monitoring the incoming/outgoing drawings, contract agreement and material submittals.
· Preparing Nominations letter as per required by Engineer.
· Preparing of transmittal submissions for outgoing.
· Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
· Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
· Typing, preparing and collating reports.
· Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
· Managing databases.
· Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
· Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
· Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
· Logging or processing bills or expenses.
· Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
· Dealing with the clients, authorities, suppliers for any the company requirements.
· Supervising the office boy for the cleanliness of the company.
· Supervising the drivers and office boy for the cleanliness of the managers and company cars as well monitoring the company car mileages.
