Candidate with at least one year work experience as receptionist and coordinator.

  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.

Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

Write emails, memos and letters.

Implement and/or develop office procedures and record system.

Qualities required:

Presentable with MS office knowledge and good in greetings :)

Candidate who is looking for immediate joining and strong in communication.

Visa and medical will provided along with fixed salary.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
