Job Description:
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents to facilitate smooth sales operations at the outlet.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including typing and distributing minutes.
Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments.
Organize internal and external events.
Handle incoming mail, manage filing systems.
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and liaise with internal and external contacts.
Handle telephone calls, coordinating between project teams, documenting and filing, and managing daily correspondences.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Basic graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the UAE in a similar position.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, database management).
Proficient English language skills, proven experience in producing high-quality correspondence and documents.
Punctual, organised, with good time management skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
