Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents to facilitate smooth sales operations at the outlet.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including typing and distributing minutes.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Handle incoming mail, manage filing systems.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Handle telephone calls, coordinating between project teams, documenting and filing, and managing daily correspondences.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Basic graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the UAE in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, database management).
  • Proficient English language skills, proven experience in producing high-quality correspondence and documents.
  • Punctual, organised, with good time management skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
