Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Head Nurse, also known as Chief Nurse or Nursing Supervisor, is a senior-level position in the nursing department of a healthcare facility. They play a crucial role in managing and coordinating nursing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Required Profile & Skills:
· Overseeing and managing the nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure a well-functioning nursing team.
· Conducting initial assessments and periodic visits to patients' homes to evaluate their health condition, monitor progress, and address any concerns or changes in their health status.
· Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and administrators, to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless patient experiences.
· Handling nurse staffing needs, creating work schedules, and managing staffing levels to maintain optimal patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Conducting performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and implementing development plans to improve the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
· Ensuring that nursing practices meet the highest standards of care, safety, and infection control. Monitoring patient outcomes and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
· Developing and implementing emergency protocols to address unexpected medical situations during home visits.
· Implementing and enforcing nursing policies, protocols, and procedures in accordance with the facility's guidelines and industry standards.
· Facilitating and participating in educational programs and workshops for nursing staff to enhance their professional competencies.
· Overseeing the documentation and reporting of any adverse incidents or patient concerns and participating in investigations when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills required:
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
· Valid nursing license in UAE by Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
· Significant nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
· Flexibility to handle emergencies and unexpected situations.
· Should have a minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience in Dubai.
· Experience in IV Vitamin/Wellness therapies would be an advantage.
· Flexibility to work In Shifts (Day/Night)
· Should be able to join immediately.
