EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION  CONSULTANTS - TAGALOG/ NEPALESE OR HINDI SPEAKERS

*Work closely with the team and customers for counseling and sales.

* Keeping up to date with new product lines.

* Reporting to the Operations Manager.

* Be proactive in attaining consistent sales with various nationalities and language speakers.

* Manage day-to-day activities, prioritize, and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures.

* Ensure training and development plans are maintained.

* Communicate effectively to clients with various programs applicable to their profile.

* Effective convincing skills to close deals in high volume.

* Use company methodology, team input, and initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.

* Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.

* Plan, coordinate, and achieve monthly targets and work for extra revenue and income.

*Support the Operations Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.

* Support the Operations Manager to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance-orientated culture.

* Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relay this knowledge to every team member.

* Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.

* Deliver the allocated part of the sales within agreed budgets, service levels, and business targets.

* Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.

* Support the Management to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.

* Set clear on your monthly goals and KPIs.

* Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.

* Oversee day-to-day operation and performance.

* Do regular performance evaluations.

* Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere

* Utilize various methods and social media platforms to promote campaigns and activities.

* Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program

* Challenge yourself and uplift your performance each month with more tactics to generate more revenue to the organization.

* Communicate with the team about their performance and motivate and support each other to achieve sales and revenue.

* Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

* Plan and organize sales-building activities
