Job Title: Shoe & Bags Restoration Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Shoe and Bags Restoration Manager to lead our restoration team and oversee the repair and refurbishment of high-end footwear and handbags. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional quality in all restoration services, and providing excellent customer service. You will also manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain inventory of materials, and implement best practices for efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the shoe restoration market to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Develop business strategies to attract and retain clients in need of shoe repair and restoration services.
- Collaborate with shoe restoration experts to assess client needs and improve service offerings.
- Manage customer relations, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor the competition and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the shoe and bag specialised in Laudry industry.
- Strong understanding of shoe materials, construction techniques, and repair methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage customer accounts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Passion for shoes, fashion, and craftsmanship will be an advantage.
Experienece:
- Business development or sales within the footwear, or shoe, bags repair and Laudry industry.
