We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our luxury furniture showroom and create exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive sales, and bring innovative interior design solutions to life.
What Youβll Do:
β¨ Lead and inspire a sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to consistently exceed targets.
π’ Oversee daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and smooth opening/closing procedures.
π¨ Ensure the showroom is organized, visually appealing, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
π€ Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing needs and resolving issues professionally.
π£ Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns that drive footfall and sales.
π Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
ποΈ Provide comprehensive interior design services, including furniture selection, layout planning, mood boards, and presentations.
π» Use CAD and other design tools to create innovative design concepts tailored to client needs.
π Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report insights to senior management.
π Represent the showroom at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
What Weβre Looking For:
π Bachelorβs Degree in Interior Design.
π 3β5 years of experience managing a showroom or working in luxury retail/furniture.
πͺ Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
π£οΈ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
π Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
ποΈ Deep understanding of interior design and luxury furniture.
