Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility specializing in kids' furniture production. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production processes, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

● Plan, organize, and supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

● Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

● Coordinate with production teams to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.

2. Quality Control:

● Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards.

● Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

● Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve product quality.

3. Team Leadership:

● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, technicians, and line workers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

● Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

4. Safety and Compliance:

● Uphold a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols, training programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

● Investigate and report any workplace incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

5. Inventory and Resource Management:

● Manage inventory levels to ensure materials and supplies are available for production needs while minimizing excess stock.

● Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.

6. Continuous Improvement:

● Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational enhancements, and lead initiatives to implement changes.

● Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.

7. Communication and Reporting:

● Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on production performance, challenges, and recommendations.

● Prepare and analyze production reports and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to achieve company goals.


● Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

● Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

● Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of achieving production targets and fostering a positive work environment.

● In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

● Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
