Facilico Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Soft Services Manager to join our passionate Soft Service team.
Job Description
Manage the day-to-day service delivery and performance of the Soft Services Department including, Cleaning, Pest Control, Façade Cleaning and administration Departments.
Manage and coach internal team members to deliver service against company and client objectives.
Develop monthly activity reports as required by senior management and other service users to ensure optimum delivery across all the identified areas of service.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
Liaise with all internal stakeholders/customers on a regular basis to identify their future needs and expectations in regard to the services provided.
Undertake Key Performance Indicator (KPI) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) inspections and provide service delivery reports to the senior management.
To proactively identify and monitor all risk associated with Contractual and Departmental Outputs of the Soft Services to the Head of the Department
Present reports to management as required.
Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Soft Services with minimum of 2 years as Soft Services Manager. Strong career track in Operations Management- Hospitality, Facilities Management.
Certified BICS Assessor
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License
