Job Description

1) Plan and implement the overall store strategy

2) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy

3) Recruit and hire new store employees

4) Train and evaluate store employees

5) Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment

6) Determine and set basic store KPIs

7) Track and report on store KPIs

8) Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures

9) Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage

10) Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity

11) Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L)

Qualification:

1) 2-3 years of experience as a Retail Manager

2) Reliability and dependability are key traits

3) Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed

4) at least 2 years experience in retail and management

5) Good knowledge of sales and marketing

6) Excellent leadership skills

7) Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

8) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

9) Team player

10) Good time-management skills

11) Great interpersonal and communication skills

12) Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
