Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Sales Experience in Real Estate Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including managing the job openings on various platforms, screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  • Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and compliant with the company requirements and the industry standards
  • Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective reporting manager
  • Assist in onboarding process for new recruits
  • Conducting background and reference checks
  • Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure consistency and completeness
  • Ensure all HR policies are being applied consistently
  • Manage the HR Department's phone and answer all queries efficiently
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with the company requirements
  • Organise team building activities and employee engagement initiatives

Skills Required:

  • High Degree of Confidence
  • Understanding of the real estate industry
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
