We're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for finance and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships and selling our banking products like personal loans.
Candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a team in retail banking.
Uphold and promote a customer-centric culture within the team.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer suggestions.
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage teams, and handle customer interactions effectively.
Candidate must be able to work under pressurized conditions.
Candidate must be available in UAE.
