Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Coordinator at Al Zayed Shades & Tents Industry LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Technical Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day customer service, communication, technical support, sales, and sales operations. The Technical Sales Coordinator will work with the sales team to identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, and provide solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Technical support skills to troubleshoot customer issues
• Experience in sales, sales operations, and customer relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working with construction, special events, military, or disaster relief industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
