As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily sales operations, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing sales documentation.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Support in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is a must.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
