Office sales coordinator (MALE or FEMALE)

(Salary amount can be negotiated based on evaluation of the candidate during the initial interview)

Soft Skills required:

- Having a Science or Chemistry background is a must. Should have technical knowledge & good experience in Laboratory equipment / Consumables.

- Fluent in English language

- Knowledge of using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

- Organized and Punctual

NOTE:

Our company is involved in the scientific and laboratory sector, therefore experience in this field will be preferred and considered.

Job Responsibilities:

- Carrying out technical discussion with the customers and sourcing suitable solutions for them

- Preparing sales quotations on MS Word/MS Excel/MS Outlook

- E-mail marketing of our products

- Regular follow-up on the status of submitted quotations

- Talk fluently will customer over the phone and explain them about our products

- Attend to any complaints/queries/clarifications regarding our products

Selected candidate will be given a brief training and knowledge of our product range to get familiarized with the products we offer

Job Location: AL QUSAIS, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
