Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordination with client for the service calls and provide proposal for the maintenance.
- Report submission and project coordination with required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any client concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience similar role in the field of electrical or electronics products.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronics components and their applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with clients.
- Educational qualification: -Electrical or Electronics Diploma or Degree.
