Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with their property-related needs.
Client Support: Address client concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure that client issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Property Information: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our property listings, including details, availability, pricing, and features.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients and our sales or property management teams.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, updates, and relevant information in our CRM system.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or properties to clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and developments in the UAE to provide informed responses to client queries.
Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service excellence.
Feedback Collection: Collect client feedback and suggestions to improve our services and client experience.
Qualifications
Candidate must be Graduate
Candidate should be well verse in English.
Candidate preferably should have UAE Experience in Real Estate.
