The role of Customer Service Executive (Tele sales) is to bring in customers and develop business achieving the sales targets.
- Pre - qualify the leads generated through various marketing channels. Contact potential customers, focusing on their requirement and documenting information.
- Deliver sales pitch to persuade potential customer. Provide project details & share the required information with the customers.
- Arrange meetings for potential prospects to visit Sobha Hartland project at Dubai and attend international road shows /events at respective locations
- Understand customer requirement and accordingly provide the project details, ensuring the standard of customer service.
- Creating and updating activity reports & documenting the data. The reports cover the number of leads, customers, sales and other vital statistics that can help increase revenue.
- Follow up on potential customers to facilitate sales. To provide accurate information about the company, its products or services, promotions and other details. Its crucial to have in-depth knowledge on new launch and offers.
- Achieving the targets in accordance with the set goals.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in tele sales/Customer service function with Property Development or Real Estate
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness
- Customer focus & Good Presentation skills.
