HIRING 2 FEMALE TELESALES WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE .

WE NEED WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

SALARY PLUS COMMISSION

• Off-plan and secondary Project Knowledge Across UAE.
• Hands-on Lead Generation.
• Active With Resale and Leasing.
• Manage and deliver the Sales on a day-to-day basis.
• Achieve revenue, Average Revenue KPI targets.
• Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high performance.
• Ensure all individual performance of all activities with clear KPI metrics and have a clear plan for incremental improvement.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in a real estate in UAE.
• Language: English & Arabic
