Telesales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven female Tele-sales Representative who can play a significant role in driving sales for our company. Your primary responsibility will involve closing sales through phone interactions while also ensuring strong and lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating sales leads and converting them into customers.
• Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers, providing information about services, and resolving any queries they might have.
• Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and their competitive advantages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales is preferred, but candidates with relevant customer service experience and a strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
