Job Overview:
As a Telesales Executive at ThriveState Real Estate, you will be responsible for initiating and managing conversations with potential clients over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about pursuing a career in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in real estate opportunities.
- Utilize scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate the value proposition of ThriveState Real Estate.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide information about our property offerings.
- Guide clients through the initial stages of the sales process and address their queries.
3. Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, discuss strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications:

Role is Basic salary PLUS commission.
