Understanding the services offered by the company.
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about services.
Updating the database with all the customer's information.
Ensure the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
Building a solid relationship with the old and existing customers.
Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services.
Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
Good Communication and computer skills are required.
