Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, cultivate relationships, and close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects in designated target markets to generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, financial capabilities, and timelines for buying or selling property.
  • Educate prospects on available properties, market trends, financing options, and the benefits of working with our firm.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients through diligent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings, meetings with real estate agents, and other related activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on effective lead generation and conversion tactics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 1 year experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of real estate principles, terminology, and processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
