We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Representative to join our Real Estate team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our real estate services, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate offerings, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide them with information about real estate offerings.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and set appointments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM software.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and skill-building activities.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends and property listings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
