Outbound Sales Calls:

CSRE is currently seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Female Telesales Representatives to join our vibrant sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate services over the phone, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or generated lists.
  • Introduce company services, explain offerings, and persuade potential clients to engage with CSRE for their real estate needs.

Sales Pitch and Product Knowledge:

  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of various real estate offerings to potential customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of CSRE's properties and services to address client inquiries effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a rapport with customers by providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into customers.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any regional languages.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others with strong negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
  • Female candidates with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor are preferred.
