We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, establishing contact with potential customers, and ultimately closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Contact Potential Customers:
- Utilize phone calls and other platforms to reach out to potential customers.
- Initiate conversations to introduce and promote our immigration products and services.
- Product and Service Explanation:
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our immigration products and services.
- Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have, providing detailed information to assist in their decision-making process.
- Sales Closure:
- Work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
- Effectively close sales by demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance our understanding of market needs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Share insights and contribute to team discussions to enhance overall sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a sales executive, preferably within the immigration field.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and team members.
- Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team goals.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills:
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
- Results-Driven:
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
