Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant for our Travel Agency.

• Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable with Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre ticket portal
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Should be energetic and passionate to bring in new customers.
• Fully acknowledge with hotel booking/ holidays/ cruise/ visit visa and Schengen visas as well.
• Productivity & Efficiency.
• Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience of successful Receptionist experience in any of the Travel agencies where using GDS Amadeus/Galileo in the travel and tourism Industry, UAE mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills? Self-motivated, energetic, and able to achieve high results.
• Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Must be know the GDS ( Galileo/Amadeus).
• Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
