Job Description

1) Help customer/corporates plan perfectly organized trips online, over the telephone or by email.

2) Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations and other travel service.

3) Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares.

4) Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region.

5) In depth knowledge about global visas (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen and other countries that required the visa).

6) Making calls with the leads provided and meet the customers in the office and explain the suitable immigration programs and signing them up.

7) Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

8) Must prepare all fee quotes / documentation work and any information required by clients, or authorities and sign them up.

9) Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries.

10) At least 2 years of experience in corporate ticketing and reservation role in IATA travel agency.

11) Experience working with Galileo

12) An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
